What can be said that should interest you, the reading public about this author? Well, its all a matter of perspective, really.
Well, his name is Carl Anderson. Born in Stoke-on-Trent, in the UK in 1973. He likes Rock/Heavy Metal music. His musical endorsements are: - Deep Purple, Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow, Def Leppard, Whitesnake, Led Zeppelin, Yngwie Malmsteen (So good, he named his cat after this maestro guitarist), Glenn Hughes, Ten and many other great bands.
He's also a big Doctor Who fan. He is also a fully cured ex-Star Trek fan.
He's a script-writer and writer. He's recently completed his first book, which is already receiving kudos from proof-readers. He is also getting several sit-com series wrote, which he plans will be taken up by TV networks.
He has a very soft-spot for the actress, Julia Sawalha (Truth be known, he fancies her like mad.) She actually has a copy of the first draft of Carl's book, which he hopes that she finds highly amusing. He also has hopes of working with her on a project in the future, which would be quite nice.
(At Carl's request, here's another picture of Julia, looking her cutest. Oh my God! Carl's turned to goo on the floor. Typical, really. He does it every time he sees Julia.)
His favourite films are Highlander, The Empire Strikes Back, Blade Runner, Star Wars, Star Wars Episode One, The Crow and the cult movies, Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, Austin Powers and Withnail and I.
His favourite TV shows are South Park, Monty Python's Flying Circus, Bottom, Doctor Who, Highlander, Babylon 5, Red Dwarf and anything that has Julia Sawalha in it.
He's also a big fan of the Discworld books by Terry Pratchett. He actually has hopes of getting the type of success. which Terry has, some day.
He is quite a comical person with a very off-the-wall sense of humour. He loves Italian and Chinese food. He also likes it when people buy him drinks at the bar.
Carl has plenty of big hopes for the future, including some, which he holds closely guarded to his chest, so don't ask.
